Office 365 2nd and 3rd-level Supporter
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) is looking for a Cloud Support Specialist. Reporting to the IT manager, you will work out of Billund, Denmark, as part of the global IT team.

Office 365 is a fully integrated part of our entire business; what we are looking for now is a skilled person to secure an optimal operation for all our users.
You will be part of our IT operations and support team, providing service and support as well as taking on global implementation assignments within Office 365, Azure & Cloud solution.
We are an efficient and well-run team who solves a wide range of assignments. Common to all NAC employees, is our independent way of working, and with only short distance between reflection and action you will have lots of opportunities to develop and influence our many exiting challenges ahead.
Your main function will be to:
take an active part in the design and architecture of the NAC Office 365 platform
keep up our expertise on the integration between our various Cloud systems and Office 365
assist your IT colleagues with the various Office 365 user requests
provide technical liaison between Service Desk and our Office 365 infrastructure
provide 2nd and 3rd level support of Office 365, Microsoft Azure
Your professional competencies include
- strong trouble shooting competencies
- comprehensive experience with Office 365
- experience with Microsoft Azure
- experience with Skype for Business or Microsoft team
- experience withSharePoint
Your skills do not necessarily have to include a long and advanced education, we weigh your professional skills higher. A minimum of two years of experience with similar assignments should give you an outline of the correlations in our processes, hence enabling you to contribute actively to the optimizing of our processes, within our IT department as well as across our entire organisation. To give and example, if you notice the same error more than once, your skills and involvement will make you work on localizing and avoiding further repetitions rather than solving the same error repeatedly.
Your day-to-day job will be to solve various assignments in close contact with our many users, therefore an outgoing and responsible attitude is a must. Working organised and keeping deadlines will make your colleagues have trust in your ability to solve the challenges.
